Our experienced audit team (average 15 years) provide our customers with a concise description of operation, two sources of verification, excellent subcontractor detail, and all information that may be relevant to the exposures being covered.

Upon completion of any audit, our auditors perform an exit interview with the insured to review the audit results. Our dedicated staff has excellent knowledge of all WC and GL manuals to meet state compliance requirements. In addition, all completed audits are reviewed by our quality control team. We are a member of PAAS and other audit associations.

Our proprietary audit program creates completed audits as PDF files. The completed audit can be sent via e-mail, or downloaded from our website. All clients have access to RRI Online, an electronic work management system accessible through RRI’s website. This system provides 24-hour on-line access to request audits, view current work order lists, view work-in-progress status reports, and view completed audits.
